Bill Goldberg built a 20-car 'Garage Mahal' on his California estate

WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg recently put his Eagle Mountain Estate in Bonsall, California up for sale at $3.2 million. Goldberg originally bought the 17.5-acre property in 1999 for about $1 million and expanded it over time by purchasing three neighboring parcels, bringing the total acreage to 28 acres. The main residence measures 4,630 square feet and features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a family room.

Notably, the estate boasts a custom-built 6,800-square-foot garage, dubbed the Garage Mahal, which is significantly larger than the house itself. This expansive garage had the capacity to house Goldberg's prized collection of vintage vehicles and included amenities such as car lifts, washing facilities, and display lighting. By the time the property went on the market, Goldberg and his wife had already relocated to Texas, taking their car collection with them.

The estate also featured equestrian facilities, including a four-stall horse facility and over 15 miles of riding trails that wove through citrus and avocado orchards. Additionally, the property had potential for vineyard development due to its irrigation, soil, and suitable slopes. The listing agent, Richard Combs, highlighted the property's appeal to automotive enthusiasts, equestrians, and those interested in vineyard ownership.
