Anambra will vote Tinubu, APC in 2027, says Ekwunife

As the 2027 general elections approach, Senator Uche Ekwunife, the APC candidate for Anambra Central Senatorial District, has stated that her supporters and the people of Anambra are firmly committed to re-electing President Bola Tinubu and all other APC candidates in the state. Ekwunife, who also serves as the South-East Zonal Director of the APC Presidential Campaign Council for President Tinubu’s election, made this declaration during a stakeholders’ meeting held in Awka.

She emphasized that Anambra is dedicated to securing the victory of the APC at all levels in the 2027 elections. Ekwunife affirmed her full commitment to delivering a winning campaign for the APC across all levels in Anambra, stating that the party’s focus is "from top to bottom and bottom to top." She urged the party members to disregard the All Progressives Grand Alliance’s slogan of unity, emphasizing the need to vote for Tinubu to ensure the completion of his developmental projects in the South-East region.

Ekwunife pledged to elevate the Anambra Central Senatorial District to the next level if re-appointed to the Senate in 2027. The Deputy National Chairman (South) of the APC, Ben Nwoye, cautioned against falling for the APGA’s slogan of "Progressives are working together," asserting that the APC will triumph in 2027. APC candidate Kingsley Ezekwelu for Idemili North/South Federal Constituency praised Ekwunife’s event and reiterated his commitment to an APC-record-breaking victory in the presidential, National Assembly, and State Assembly elections.

The meeting concluded with supporters unanimously voting for Tinubu and Ekwunife, pledging to intensify grassroots mobilization and collaborate for the APC’s success in the 2027 general elections.
