White House bars CNN, MSNBC, Politico reporters after Trump order

Both CNN and MSNBC pledged to continue covering the Trump administration, while Politico reaffirmed its support for its White House correspondents. Trump had criticized the outlets on Friday, accusing them of "spreading fake news" and stating that other media outlets engaging in the same practice would also be barred.
