The association president, Ajay Singh, revealed that there are around 4,700 petrol pumps in the state, including two in Bhopal. On average, each petrol pump processes 100 transactions above Rs 2,000 daily, leading to an extra cost of Rs 500 per day. Adding 18% GST, the total daily cost would amount to Rs 590.
