Premier League 2026-27 scoring leaders: Haaland takes early leads in Golden Boot race

The race for the 2026-27 Premier League Golden Boot is heating up as Erling Haaland leads the scoring charts with four goals for Manchester City. Kai Havertz, Arsenal's Kyle, scored the season's first goal on August 21. Although he enjoyed a brief lead, Havertz quickly relinquished it to teammate Bukayo Saka who joined him.

Haaland's impressive goal-scoring record is evident, having won three Golden Boots in four seasons. Last season, he scored 27 goals, winning the Golden Boot back from Mohamed Salah. Prior to that, he scored 27 goals in the 2023-24 season.

The top scorers in the Premier League for the 2026-27 season include Haaland with four goals, Fernandes with three goals, Isak with two goals, and Rodgers, Tavernier, and Palace's Vitaly Janelt, all with one goal each. Havertz, Saka, and Jack Hinshelwood of Brighton have also scored two goals each, while others like Martin Odegaard, Emerson, Leif Davis, and more have scored one goal each.
