IMC Opens E-Tender For Freehold Commercial Shops In PMAY Complexes Across Indore

Indore's Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC) has launched an e-tender process for freehold commercial shops situated in residential complexes funded by the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). Citizens interested in launching or expanding a business can apply for these properties online, starting September 15. The application can be submitted independently via the MPOnline portal or by visiting the nearest MPOnline kiosk for assistance.

Participants must create a profile using the "Applicant’s Login" option and utilize the User ID and password sent via SMS. Before applying, applicants must verify their bank accounts and complete the online payment of application and portal fees, along with the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). Completion of the tender process requires submitting the bid or offer, not just filling out the application form.

All forms and supporting documents must be submitted before the deadline, as incomplete or draft applications submitted after the deadline will be discarded.
