‘Uddhav Is Prime Accused’: Lawyer Nilesh Ojha Makes Stunning Claims Over Disha Salian Case - VIDEO

Advocate Nilesh Ojha, representing Disha Salian's father Satish Salian, has made strong claims in the Disha Salian case, accusing former Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray of being the "prime accused" in the allegations against his son Aaditya Thackeray and others. Ojha stated that Uddhav Thackeray himself has reinstated Sachin Waze, despite his prior suspension and legal proceedings, alleging that this was part of an attempt to cover up wrongdoing.

He claims that former Mumbai police commissioner Param Bir Singh pressured him to reinstate Waze, and that CCTV footage related to Disha's death had names deleted from the DVR and manipulated. Ojha also alleges that police officials claimed the backup hard drive was missing after the court directed documents be provided to the Salian family, and that they could face criminal liability under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The lawyer has cited the NIA's investigation into the Mansukh Hiren case, claiming Waze was accused of removing electronic records, DVRs and CCTV footage in that matter as well. Uddhav Thackeray has rejected the allegations, stating that his family and party are not involved in Disha's death case and that the matter is being exploited for political gain. He warned of legal action over what he called character assassination.
