Pavel Dorofeyev and Brady Tkachuk are among the familiar faces in new places around the NHL

Pavel Dorofeyev and Brady Tkachuk have moved to new NHL teams this season. Dorofeyev, who led the Vegas Golden Knights to the Stanley Cup Final last year with 37 goals, was traded to the New York Rangers for a seven-year, $77 million contract. Tkachuk, who spent his first eight seasons in Ottawa, joined the Florida Panthers alongside his brother Matthew.

The Panthers, who recently lost their goalie to free agency, are looking to win the Stanley Cup again. Meanwhile, Bobrovsky, the goaltender who helped the Buffalo Sabres end their longest playoff drought, joined the Maple Leafs. Alex Tuch, who helped Buffalo end the longest playoff drought in league history, signed an eight-year, $84 million deal with the Washington Capitals.
