The Kremlin seizes Russian assets of Auchan, Leroy Merlin and Nestle
Vladimir Putin's decree was issued late on Thursday, September 17. It entrusts the Russian assets of these multinationals, as well as those of FM Logistic, to an unknown small Russian company, a shell company that inherits the responsibility for their "temporary administration". Pending their nationalization or takeover by a close ally of the regime.
