The couple captioned the post with "Hi little guy!". A source close to the pair confirmed to a magazine that they had welcomed their second child through adoption. Millie, 22, who is known for her role in Stranger Things, had previously hinted at the growing family in an Instagram post on September 7, where she was seen carrying their daughter while Bongiovi walked beside her with a baby carrier.

The newest addition to the family was partially visible as the couple strolled among alpacas in Italy's Dolomites mountain range. The couple announced the arrival of their first child through adoption almost a year earlier. Millie shared an Instagram post in August 2025, expressing her excitement about embarking on this new chapter of parenthood in peace and privacy.
