Aldar launches new luxury retail project with more than 100 brands in Saadiyat

Aldar Properties, a developer based in Abu Dhabi, has introduced a new luxury retail and fine-dining project named Saadiyat Grove. Set to open in the fourth quarter of the year, the project will span 25,000 square meters and feature more than 100 global brands, including Audemars Piguet, Dior, Louis Vuitton, and Tiffany. Located in the Saadiyat Cultural District, between the Zayed National Museum, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and Louvre Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat Grove will offer retail, signature dining, luxury hotels, wellness and longevity centers, homes, and premium office space.

The project will introduce 20 new-to-region concepts and include Japanese culture shop Beams, an Alain Ducasse Cafe, French brasserie Monsieur Paul, Kokoro Handroll Bar, and Momofuku. Additionally, it will feature a 2,200 square meter executive club, a 7,000 square meter Saadiyat Forum, a 2,000 square meter gym, and a wellness center and longevity clinic.

Mohamed Al Mubarak, chairman of Aldar, emphasized that Saadiyat Grove is a centerpiece in the strategy to position Saadiyat Island and Abu Dhabi as a premier global destination for culture-led living, tourism, and investment. Talal Al Dhiyebi, group chief executive of Aldar, stated that the project will help establish luxury retail as a significant new pillar of Abu Dhabi's economy, catalyzing private-sector investment, expanding visitor spend, and creating jobs.
