Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh: A video depicting a government primary school teacher named Rekha Manav taking an afternoon nap on the floor while her students continue working on their own has been making the rounds on social media. The video, captured at Shaskiya Prathmik Shala, Kadari, shows the teacher wearing a pillow under her head and apparently in deep slumber.
Despite the quiet surrounding her, the teacher remains unaware that she is being recorded. Her students, on the other hand, have been observed whispering to avoid disturbing her rest. The teacher's actions have sparked outrage among parents and villagers, who are demanding disciplinary action from the Education Department. The incident has also highlighted the poor infrastructure in the village school, with students forced to study under trees due to inadequate facilities.
