Prince Harry and Meghan move children to new school over security concerns

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have relocated their children, Archie and Lilibet, to a different school following the start of the academic year. This decision was reached after consultations with their security team regarding the logistics of the children's current situation, as per a statement released by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on September 14.

Archie, aged 7, and Lilibet, aged 5, had been enrolled at the previous institution before the move. The spokesperson emphasized that Harry and Meghan appreciated the efforts of the school's teachers and staff, emphasizing that this change does not reflect on the school's performance or the quality of care provided to their children.

The move is part of a broader adjustment as Harry and Meghan spend more time in the UK following their return from the United States, six years after stepping down from royal duties. However, their residence in the UK remains temporary; they continue to own a home in Montecito, California, while staying in Britain for extended periods.

King Charles III affirmed in a September 7 letter, as reported by the BBC, that there would be no alteration to Harry and Meghan's non-working royal status, and they would continue to live as private citizens.
