La gerente del PSOE atribuyó a Cerdán los encargos a los imputados del ‘caso Leire Díez’: “Tiene poder para cualquier acción”

Ana María Fuentes, the Secretary of Organization for the PSOE, has placed the full blame on Santos Cerdán for the monetary payments made to the individuals involved in the 'Leire Díez' case. This allegation is supported by a recording that EL PAÍS obtained, which captures Fuentes' testimony as the defendant before Judge Santiago Pedraz in the National Court on September 9th.

During her testimony, Fuentes claimed that the party hired external lawyers to handle their judicial fronts, but she also held Cerdán responsible for hiring Jacobo Teijelo and Ismael Oliver, who are also defendants in the case. Fuentes stated, "The Secretary of Organization has full authority; they can contract a service and a verbal contract."
