Key defender out vs UCLA, first Purdue football injury report shows

Purdue football will be without two starters for their upcoming game against UCLA, as confirmed by their first injury report of the season. Left guard Brock Brownfield exited last week's match in the first quarter and was substituted by Marques Easley, but he does not feature on the injury report. Defensive back Mister Clark, who played in Purdue's opener against Indiana State, is also listed as out.

Additionally, tight end Kylan Fox and defensive back Raderrion Daniels, who the coach has declared out for the season, are included in the list alongside Clark. Joey Tanona, who played every game at left tackle last season, is still dealing with a left ankle injury that he sustained in early training camp and is currently listed as doubtful for the UCLA game.

The defensive end Elo Modozie, a transfer from Georgia who has played 25 snaps in the first two games, is questionable as of Wednesday night's injury report.
