Help AG launches new services to prepare UAE for the quantum computing era

Cybersecurity firm Help AG, a subsidiary of e& enterprise, has introduced two new services at GISEC 2026 in Dubai to assist businesses and governments in preparing for the quantum computing era and advancements in artificial intelligence. One service, Quantum 360, guides organizations through three stages: identifying their cryptographic keys and assets, creating a transition roadmap, and implementing quantum-safe technology, including secure telecommunication links that are already available.

Aleksandar Valjarevic, CEO of Help AG, explained that this is particularly important for organizations handling sensitive data, such as banks and government services. Valjarevic stated, "We are enabling organizations that handle your sensitive data to stay secure in a quantum world."

Commercial quantum computers are anticipated to enter the market within two to three years, according to Valjarevic. He informed Gulf News that the cybersecurity industry will undergo a "small revolution" once these computers become available, as software and hardware currently in use will need to adapt to remain secure. Hackers are already pilfering encrypted data with the hope of cracking it once quantum computers attain sufficient power.

In addition to the quantum focus, Help AG unveiled Help AG.AI, a service designed to facilitate the safe adoption of artificial intelligence by governments and enterprises. With AI being in use internally for eight years, Help AG has significantly expanded its AI capabilities this year, implementing more than 20 AI agents and enhancing language models to improve response rates to advanced attacks.

Valjarevic highlighted the heightened risks in the UAE due to the nation's advanced deployment of next-generation technologies. However, he expressed gratitude that the government and regulators have recognized the importance of integrating cybersecurity into these initiatives. Looking ahead, Valjarevic emphasized the transformative potential of combining AI with quantum computing, stating, "When you link AI and the new generation quantum computers—which will be 1,000 or a million times faster than today's technology—the acceleration of AI will be exponential.

As a cybersecurity professional, the new frontier is developing the right processes and interfaces for controlled interaction between different agents and humans, because humans will remain essential in this equation."
