Guardian Metal (GMTL) Reports Shallow Tungsten. Can Discoveries Improve the Mine Plan?

Guardian Metal Resources PLC revealed tungsten mineralization at two drill holes on Pilot Mountain's tungsten project. Hole GH26-01 found 0.79% tungsten trioxide within a 12.95-meter interval, while GH26-02 intersected 0.42% WO3 over 13.11 meters. The discoveries sit 1.1 to 1.3 kilometers from existing mineral resources, raising questions about how they might impact the current pre-feasibility study.

The drill results could extend Pilot Mountain's operational life or enhance the sequence of material reaching the processing plant. However, the success of the discoveries depends on factors like recoverable metal, processing compatibility, and additional capital costs. The company is advancing a definitive feasibility study, engineering, and permitting while drilling step-out holes to confirm the extent of the mineralization.
