Dubai’s longevity medicine model prepares for global expansion

Dubai-based longevity medicine firm Longevium is set to expand globally, with the first overseas clinic slated for 2027 in Bali. The 730-square-metre outpatient facility, developed in partnership with Sergey Solonin, will cater to both international patients and residents seeking ongoing care. This move signifies a shift from the group's existing Dubai operations towards a more international model, enabling patients to commence care in one location and continue treatment elsewhere.

Longevium's digital platform, designed by co-founder Sergey Shayakhmetov, integrates patients' medical histories and health data, enabling physicians to access comprehensive health information across different locations. The group currently operates three clinics in Dubai, having served over 30,000 patients, and plans to open additional clinics in Abu Dhabi and a research laboratory at Dubai Science Park.

Longevium's approach focuses on preventive and longevity medicine, combining medical consultations, diagnostic testing, and digital tools to track patients' health over time. The planned Bali clinic will offer diagnostic assessments, digital health modeling, robotic blood collection, hyperbaric oxygen treatment, and personalized recovery programs.

The introduction of regenerative therapies and other emerging treatments will be contingent on local regulatory approvals. As healthcare providers increasingly merge medical services with wellness and medical tourism sectors, Longevium's outpatient model allows patients to undergo programs without hospital admission or residential stays.

The Bali clinic is set to open in 2027, pending regulatory requirements, marking the next step in Longevium's evolution from a Dubai-based clinic network to an international healthcare operation.
