Conor Daly returns to NASCAR Truck Series with Kaulig at Kansas

Conor Daly, the seasoned IndyCar racer, is returning to NASCAR's Truck Series for the upcoming race at the Kansas Speedway. This will mark Daly's eighth career NASCAR Truck Series start and his second in 2026. He will be piloting the No. 25 RAM 1500 for Kaulig Racing. Earlier this summer, Daly started 29th and finished 26th at Irp.

Daly's transition from IndyCar to NASCAR comes with a new perspective: "Kansas is a completely different animal. It's fast, aerodynamic-dependent and wide open — you really have to nail your setup and trust the truck through those long corners," he stated in a team release.

Daly's NASCAR career includes three starts each in the Cup and O Reilly Series, and he even made a start in the 2023 Daytona 500, finishing in 29th place. Among Daly's current Kaulig Racing teammates are Ty Dillon, Justin Haley, and Brenden Queen. Daly's IndyCar career includes 133 starts, with two podium finishes and one pole position. He looks forward to continuing his momentum at Kansas, where he won 12th place in this year's Indianapolis 500 after leading four laps.
