Traditional leaders and opinion makers in the Tutu area of the Eastern Region have imposed a new set of measures to improve the educational standards of schoolchildren. These measures include an 8:00 p.m. curfew for children found out late at night. If caught, parents or guardians will be required to pay a fee to retrieve their children.
