TCI Entertainment signs services agreement with Globant

TCI Entertainment, a technology firm creating a platform for commerce integration in gaming and digital realms, announced today it has entered into a Master Services Agreement with Globant, as reported by a press release. This agreement lays the groundwork for forthcoming development projects as TCI progresses its interactive commerce technology.

The company possesses U.S. patents covering aspects of its technology aimed at integrating commerce into games and virtual settings. Globant, a multinational firm with over 27,400 employees across 30 nations, reported roughly $2.5 billion in trailing twelve-month revenue as of the second quarter of 2026. Specializing in digital transformation, software engineering, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies, Globant's global technology capabilities and experience have been instrumental in facilitating TCI's development, according to Harry McMillan, TCI Entertainment's President.

The signing of this agreement marks a significant milestone in TCI's progress, as they advance toward broader platform development. TCI worked in collaboration with law firm Greenberg Traurig to ensure the agreement safeguards the company's patents, proprietary technology, and trade secrets during potential development endeavors.
