Apple's latest iPhone lineup introduces a new contender: the iPhone Duo, a foldable device that competes with the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max. Priced at $1,999, the Duo joins the $1,199 iPhone 18 Pro and $1,299 Pro Max in Apple's top-tier lineup, all powered by the A20 Pro chip.

The Duo stands out with its unique 7.6-inch folding display, positioned between the 6.3-inch screen of the iPhone 18 Pro and the 6.9-inch display of the Pro Max. While the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max share a large hardware base, including a 6-core CPU and 7-core GPU with Neural Accelerators, the Duo deviates in camera specifications. Its rear camera system, branded the 48-megapixel Dual Fusion, falls short of the advanced Pro Fusion camera on the Pro models, lacking the Pro in its name.
