Images for Unannounced Tiny Tina's Wonderlands and Brothers in Arms Games Leak Online

Images of a Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands sequel and a new Brothers in Arms game have surfaced online, leading to speculation that both projects may have been abandoned. The images were reportedly created by Lost Boys Interactive, a studio that was previously owned by Embracer but has since become independent. Embracer sold Gearbox, the company that developed both games, to Take-Two Interactive in 2024.

Lost Boys Interactive was responsible for the original Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, a fantasy-themed spinoff of Gearbox’s Borderlands series, as well as the development of Borderlands 4. The success of Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands led Gearbox’s chief Randy Pitchford to describe it as a "major victory" in 2022, stating that the studio had established a new franchise with future experiences already in development.

However, no further information has been released regarding a potential Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands sequel. As for the Brothers in Arms game, the last mainline installment was Brothers in Arms: Hell’s Highway in 2008, and a fourth game in the series, Furious 4, was cancelled and turned into the ill-fated hero shooter Battleborn. Pitchford had previously indicated that a new Brothers in Arms title was on the way, but this did not come to fruition.

The leaked images do not provide much insight into the games themselves, other than confirming they were in development at some point. It is unclear whether these projects were canceled as part of Gearbox's sale to Take-Two or if there are new versions of each game in the works somewhere at Gearbox. IGN has reached out to the company for comment.
