How did Malik Willis and other ex-Packers do in Week 1 of NFL season?

Week 1 of the 2026 NFL season concluded with mixed results for former Green Bay Packers players. Malik Willis, who started as the starting quarterback for the Miami Dolphins, completed 15 of 27 passes for 220 yards, but struggled with a 66.9 rating and two turnovers in a 27-13 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders. The Dolphins seemed to have offensive line concerns, as Willis was sacked five times.

Zayne Anderson, a safety and special teams player, joined Willis in Miami as a free agent. He made an impact with five tackles, including three solo tackles, in his debut game. Anderson appeared in 40 games with two starts for the Packers from 2023-2025.
