Great Indian Kapil Show Season 5 returns on September 26, to run over festive season

Netflix has revealed the fifth season of The Great Indian Kapil Show, following the four previous successful seasons. Reunited for the upcoming season are Kapil Sharma, Kiku Sharda, Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, Archana Puran Singh, and Navjot Singh Sidhu. Kapil Sharma announced the news on Instagram, exclaiming, "Dhol, nagaada sab bajega, kyunki Hansi Ka TyoHAHAar ab Netflix pe sajega!" The season is set to premiere on September 26th, at 8 PM, exclusively on Netflix.

Kapil Sharma expressed his excitement for the fifth season, stating, "Every season, we think we have done enough masti (fun), and then we realise that we are not done yet! And somewhere I feel that’s what keeps us going." He added that he and his team are grateful for the audience's love and that they plan to celebrate the upcoming festivities, such as Diwali and Christmas, during the show.
