Devils hire former Kraken assistant Jessica Campbell as manager of hockey development

New Jersey Devils have added Jessica Campbell and Bryan McCabe to their front office. Campbell will serve as the manager of hockey development, while McCabe will be the VP of prospect personnel and assistant general manager for the AHL’s Utica Comets. These hires came as players reported to training camp, with the moves being part of new GM Sunny Mehta's efforts to strengthen the team's front office.

Campbell has been with the Devils for just two seasons, having spent the prior two years as an assistant coach with the Seattle Kraken. She made history as the first woman to hold a full-time on-bench coaching position in the NHL. McCabe, who is set to work alongside Campbell, previously served as the director of player personnel for the Florida Panthers.
