UAE weather forecast: Temperatures to hit 45°C as fog, mist and convective clouds expected this week

Dubai's National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) predicts temperatures in the UAE to soar to 45°C on Tuesday. Overnight, a chance of fog or mist is possible, along with convective clouds developing over eastern and southern regions during the afternoon. Skies will be fair to partly cloudy, with clouds likely to become convective in the late afternoon. Overnight and into Wednesday morning, humidity will rise in some coastal and inland areas, increasing the likelihood of fog or mist.

Temperatures in inland locations will fluctuate between 41°C and 45°C, with overnight lows of 26°C to 30°C. Coastal areas and islands will see highs ranging from 38°C to 42°C, while mountainous zones will experience temperatures between 30°C and 35°C. Winds will be light to moderate, occasionally gusting, blowing from south-easterly to north-easterly at speeds of 10 to 25 kph. In coastal, inland, and mountainous regions, winds may reach up to 35 kph.

On Wednesday, fair to partly cloudy conditions will prevail, with clouds forming over eastern areas by the afternoon. Fog or mist could form again over some coastal and inland areas overnight and on Thursday morning. Fair to partly cloudy weather is anticipated to persist through Saturday, with humid nights and a chance of mist over some coastal regions.
