Witten had held the record since the end of his legendary career with the Dallas Cowboys. This historic moment adds to Kelce's impressive list of NFL records, which includes numerous others he achieved earlier this season. The next player on his list to surpass is Tony Gonzalez, who holds the number one spot with 15,127 receiving yards.

Currently, Kelce is 2,060 yards away from Gonzalez's record. Despite this gap, Kelce remains a crucial part of Patrick Mahomes' passing attack and has been a key contributor for the Kansas City Chiefs throughout his 14-year NFL career.
