(KELO)-- Sanford is expanding its sports programs into Rapid City and the Black Hills region as participation in sports like basketball, volleyball, soccer, and lacrosse continues to grow. The addition of Sanford Sports to the area means residents will now have access to more sports wellness activities than ever before.
Sanford Black Hills CEO & President Kyle Wiese expressed appreciation for the work already done at the E3 Sports Complex, stating, "We re so glad to take what they did and build on it." The E3 Sports Complex, spanning over 35,000 square feet, will serve as a hub for youth sports development.
The E3 Sports Complex currently features three lanes and will soon offer a variety of sports, including golf, basketball, and volleyball. Sanford Sports will bring academy specialists to assist youth athletes in their development. Todd Kolb, Director of the Sanford Sports Academy, emphasized that the complex will provide comprehensive services, encompassing sports performance, physical therapy, and sports medicine, all under one roof.
