Peskov calls energy ceasefire ‘very good’ but ties it to tanker safety, sanctions relief
Moscow views the idea of an energy ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine positively, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Sept. 15, Russian propaganda agency Interfax reported. At the same time, he said it would be effective only if strikes on Russian tankers stopped and some sanctions were lifted.
