Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang publicly supported US President Donald Trump against those advocating for a slowdown in AI development. The endorsement came after Trump unexpectedly called Huang during his appearance at the All-In Summit in Los Angeles. Huang allowed the audience to hear the call by putting it on speaker, as he was presenting with the hosts of the All-In podcast.

Trump informed Huang that efforts to curtail the industry could benefit entities that seek to hinder the US's success, including China. Trump asserted, "It could also be China. And we’re not going to let that happen. It’s a hoax." Huang concurred, responding, "You're right. We’re not going to let that happen, sir." The audience applauded in agreement with Trump's stance.
