‘Now We Can Know Everything and Do Anything,’ Jensen Huang Says at Dreamforce

NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang delivered a keynote at Salesforce Dreamforce, announcing Koa, Salesforce's first CRM reasoning model built on NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super. Huang emphasized that with AI, "we can know everything and do anything," drawing on the arc of industrial revolutions from power and information to artificial intelligence.

He highlighted the importance of AI safety, stating that it is "job one" but emphasized that safety is an engineering problem rather than an opposition to innovation. Huang assured that "innovation, speed, and safe products— it's a false choice" and that companies should "run as fast as you can" while ensuring safety. He rebuffed concerns that AI would end the software industry or pose a threat to jobs, asserting that the "sky's the limit" for AI adoption.

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff echoed this sentiment, inviting all enterprises to become AI companies. Koa was developed through supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning using NVIDIA NeMo RL, NeMo Gym, and NeMo AutoModel, trained on a synthetic dataset of CRM scenarios across 14+ industries. Koa matches or exceeds leading model performance in Salesforce's CRM Bench with 3x fewer errors, already integrated into Salesforce's systems, powering an employee agent in Slack and set to pilot in October as a customer-selectable model in Agentforce, with general availability expected in Winter 2026.
