Chief Chimaobi Anyaso, Labour Party candidate for Bende Federal Constituency, celebrated his 46th birthday by donating a newly equipped ambulance to the Bende Local Government Area in Abia State. This marks the first-ever ambulance in the area. Anyaso, a private investor in education and healthcare, stated that his annual birthday tradition involves giving back to the community.
He highlighted the lack of ambulances in many health centers in Bende and emphasized that the donation is an encouragement to Governor Alex Otti's investments in healthcare. Anyaso, who has been in education and healthcare for 20 years, expressed his commitment to bringing change to the constituency if elected to the House of Representatives.
He also promised to follow due process and legal standards when seeking federal projects. The Commissioner for Health in Abia State praised the donation, stating that it complements the state government's efforts to improve emergency services.
