Lavrov plans to meet Rubio at U.N. and sets Russia’s condition on Ukraine
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov expects to meet U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly in New York, the Russian diplomat said on Sept. 15, according to the Russian state-aligned news agency Interfax.
