Fires, Destroyed Warehouses, Children Among The Injured: Russia Strikes Kyiv And A Number Of Ukrainian Regions

Russian forces launched extensive attacks on Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, and several Ukrainian regions on September 15. The incidents resulted in fatalities, injuries, and damage to infrastructure and residential buildings, according to UATV English reports. Russian jet-powered drones targeted Kyiv at dawn, and the city's military administration reported gas station and warehouse strikes.

As of the morning, eight people were injured in Kyiv, with one fatality reported in a hospital. Mayor Klitschko confirmed one injured person had succumbed to their injuries. Zaporizhzhia and Zaporizhzhia district each suffered two deaths and one injury due to Russian assaults, with over a thousand strikes on 51 settlements in the region over the preceding 24 hours.

Zaporizhzhia's military administration reported 74 infrastructure damage reports, including damages to housing, vehicles, and outbuildings. In Kharkiv, four people were injured, three of whom were children, following a missile strike. Dnipropetrovsk's military administration reported two injuries after Russian attacks using drones, artillery, and aerial bombs on two districts of the region, damaging administrative and residential buildings.

Odesa authorities confirmed a warehouse caught fire due to Russian shelling, causing damage to residential properties, garages, and vehicles. In Sloviansk, Donetsk region, two men were injured and hospitalized due to Russian shelling.
