Apple Rolls Out Siri AI, Offers TV And Arcade With iCloud+ At No Extra Cost In India

New Delhi: Apple unveiled significant updates to its software ecosystem on Tuesday, unveiling iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, and tvOS 27. The company also introduced Siri AI, its next-generation voice assistant, as a beta in English with plans to support additional languages like French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish by October.

Apple has bolstered parental controls with age-based safeguards, website and contact approvals, enhanced Communication Safety features, and a revamped Screen Time experience. As part of iCloud+ subscribers in India, the company will receive Apple TV and Apple Arcade at no additional cost from this month, with the iCloud+ subscription starting at Rs 75 per month for 50GB of storage.

This inclusion is part of a broader rollout of iCloud+ with Apple TV and Apple Arcade across more than 100 countries and regions by the end of September. However, Apple TV and Apple Arcade will no longer be sold individually in India; existing subscribers will retain access, and their individual subscriptions will be canceled. Furthermore, Apple One subscriptions will no longer be available for new Indian users, though existing subscribers will continue to enjoy their plans.
