3 Killed, One Critical As Speeding Car Rams Truck On Delhi-Mumbai Expressway In MP’s Mandsaur

Garoth, Madhya Pradesh - Three individuals lost their lives and a fourth suffered critical injuries after a speeding car collided with the rear of a truck on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway near Garoth on Tuesday morning. The accident occurred when the group, en route to the Khatu Shyamji temple, attempted to merge onto the expressway near the town.

According to witnesses, the rain had been falling at the time of the collision, which significantly reduced visibility. The injured survivor reported that the truck's tail lights were not working, contributing to the tragic incident. The car veered out of control, crashing into the truck, resulting in the demise of three passengers.

Arvind from Sikanderpur, Gurgaon, Binder from Nanupur, Gurgaon, and Dulara from Rajasthan were pronounced dead at the scene. Vijendra, also from Nanupur, Gurgaon, sustained severe injuries and was being treated in a nearby hospital. The community and fellow drivers have expressed their concern over the safety of heavy vehicles on the expressway, demanding immediate inspections of reflectors and lights.

Law enforcement authorities have launched an investigation into the accident and are pursuing additional legal action.
