Follow-up checks led to the arrest of an additional 19 foreigners for immigration offences, including 15 Bangladeshis, a Myanmar woman, and two Indonesian women. All detainees are currently in custody at the Putrajaya Immigration Detention Depot for further investigation. The case is being handled under the Immigration Act 1959/63, Passports Act 1966, and Immigration Regulations 1963.
