Wynn Al Marjan Island unveils two 1,460 sqm apartments at top of 70-storey tower

Dubai: Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled two seven-bedroom apartments, each spanning approximately 1,460 square metres, showcasing the largest accommodation within the resort’s Enclave hotel concept. These luxurious Mayfair and Paris Apartments will occupy the uppermost floors of the 70-storey Resort Tower, offering stunning views across the Arabian Gulf and Hajar Mountains.

With multiple entertaining rooms, private bars, in-apartment dining spaces, and spa treatments, these upper-level suites provide an exclusive experience for guests.

The Mayfair Apartment draws inspiration from London residences, featuring classical planning, detailed craftsmanship, and extensive use of green throughout the interiors. The Paris Apartment, designed by Paris-based Pinto, incorporates a collector's home ambiance, featuring bespoke furniture, artworks, auction finds, and objects sourced from various markets.

Both apartments offer a unique blend of luxury and privacy, with services allowing guests to dine, receive treatments, and enjoy entertainment without leaving their accommodations. These exclusive residences are part of the Enclave, the boutique hotel offering at Wynn Al Marjan Island, which is set to open in 2027 and is the first integrated resort in the UAE.
