The Vikings laid out the blueprint for the Packers’ offensive line

The Packers, despite scoring 22 points in the first three quarters, averaged just 3.8 yards per play in the fourth quarter, which included turnovers on downs and the ball being taken away by the Vikings. Minnesota finished by scoring 29 consecutive points, moving the ball over 30 yards only once during their drive.

Defensively, Minnesota's strategy was straightforward: blitz the Packers' quarterback Jordan Love relentlessly. The Packers initially benefited from this approach by throwing to receiver Christian Watson, but as the game progressed, more pressure started to reach Love before he could release the ball. The Vikings' offensive line situation was notably poor, with left guard Donovan Jennings and right guard Jacob Monk making their first starts together at the NFL level. Anthony Belton, drafted to play under a different running scheme, is having difficulty adjusting to the new system. The Packers' offensive line allowed pressure within 2.5 seconds of the play in 80% of the games according to Next Gen Stats.
