Complainant M, a young athlete, recounted his interactions with Jones, describing his constant flattering compliments that made him feel awkward.

Years later, Complainant M alleges that Jones kissed him twice without consent: once at an event in 2015 and another time in Jones' Circular Quay apartment between December 2018 and October 2020. The prosecutor outlined Jones' alleged behavior, including sending weekly flowers and affectionate text messages over a year.
