LA home earned $1.5 million from filming; now it is for sale for $3.245 million
A Woodland Hills home in Los Angeles that has hosted 173 productions since 2021 is now on the market for $3.245 million. The 4,675-sq-ft property has earned more than $1.5 million from filming. The sale also includes the established Rum Punch House filming business, industry contacts, website and production-related infrastructure.
