Karachi Gets First Digital Car Parking Lot

Karachi's Mayor, Barrister Murtaza Wahab, officially launched the city's inaugural digital car parking facility located near Dolmen Executive Tower in Clifton. The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) has plans to implement nine additional digital parking systems across various parts of the metropolis. Mayor Wahab expressed delight at the inauguration of the city's first digital car parking facility adjacent to the Dolmen Executive Tower in Clifton.

Nine more such projects are currently under execution by the KMC in different locations. According to the mayor, this initiative is specifically designed for enclosed parking areas and does not include parking fee collection through contractors on any road. The digital parking solutions are intended to provide organized parking spaces in specific areas, addressing the parking challenges faced in busy parts of Karachi.
