EU Extends Russia Sanctions for 7 Days Amid Dispute Over Delistings
EU member states extended sanctions tied to Russia’s war in Ukraine for another seven days on Monday, Sept. 14. A renewed vote, scheduled for Sept. 22, comes as the EU ambassadors previously failed to agree on the removal of Russian-Uzbek billionaire Alisher Usmanov and Alfa Bank co-founder Mikhail Fridman from the list.
