This sets the stage for an explosive handover of power, with the victor of the presidential election and their incoming committee inheriting an inescapable paper trail demanding immediate systemic change. The audit also revealed alarming financial revelations, with FAM failing to formally table its annual budgets for approval since 2016 and high-value disbursements relying solely on the signatures of the general secretary and treasurer.

Additionally, up to 70 percent of expenditures were attributed to staff operational costs and senior national team campaigns, leaving grassroots and technical pathways underfunded. During the June 4 congress, affiliates criticized the election mechanics and block voting without thoroughly examining the audit's findings.
