Moderator Torbjørn Røe Isaksen asked how high the bar should be for Norwegian employers and whether a performance-driven culture with clear expectations could coexist with security, well-being, and the Norwegian work culture. Professor Anu Bradford from Columbia Law School, Kristin Skogen Lund, a seasoned Norwegian leader, and Shawn Kanungo, an innovation expert, shared their insights.

As customer needs become more automated, the panel debated how companies can build trust, loyalty, and strong customer relationships. Rahaf Harfoush, a digital anthropologist, and Kimberly Mathisen, a top leader, emphasized the importance of human connection in an increasingly automated world.

The conversation then shifted to the role of AI in enhancing productivity, with Emilie Stordalen, a top leader, and Anita Krohn, CEO of DSD AI, addressing how technology can make businesses more efficient. The panel also touched upon the importance of creativity, judgment, and human intuition in the face of growing productivity demands.
