BAWES allows users to construct Universes composed of interlinked Worlds and Rooms, enabling avatars to navigate, engage in natural proximity video and spatial audio conversations, collaborate on projects, stream presentations, and interact with AI bots that are connected to real-world tools via MCP. This spatial foundation expands upon WorkAdventure, our previous project, transforming it into an open-source platform that caters to individuals, businesses, communities, and AI agents.
To experience BAWES, users can simply access it via their web browser and explore the spaces created by others. The BAWES Universe concept is being tested, and feedback is particularly sought after regarding the first-time user experience, whether the concept feels valuable rather than gimmicky, and how to encourage users to return.
