Airblue Issues Vaccination Advisory for Hajj and Umrah Travelers

Airblue has released an important travel advisory for passengers planning to undertake Hajj and Umrah trips. Starting from September 14, 2026, travelers departing from Karachi to Saudi Arabia will be required to present NADRA-integrated vaccination proof. To prepare for this new regulation, passengers are advised to complete their vaccination requirements before embarking on their journey and obtain a NADRA-integrated digital vaccination card from an authorized center. The airline recommends that Umrah pilgrims consider getting meningitis and influenza vaccinations.

The Federal Government Civil Dispensary has been selected as the authorized vaccination center for these travelers. Airblue has stated that passengers without valid NADRA-integrated vaccination proof will not be allowed to board their flights. The airline has also announced that vaccination and online registration facilities will soon be available at international departure airports.

Passengers opting to get vaccinated at the airport should arrive six hours prior to their flight, and any associated costs should be paid through the NADRA e-Sahulat platform.

Furthermore, Airblue has indicated that vaccination facilities will be extended to other cities in the near future. The airline strongly advises passengers to plan ahead and ensure full compliance with the new vaccination requirements, emphasizing that no other vaccination card will be accepted after September 14, 2026.
