AD Consulting, Ecobank bring Nigeria’s art, architecture icons together in ‘The Convergence’

AD Consulting and Ecobank Nigeria have collaborated to bring Nigeria's prominent artists and architects together in an exhibition titled "The Convergence: The Iconic Architect & the Icons of Art." This cultural experience will be held from October 1 to 7, 2026, at Ecobank Pan African Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos. The event will showcase the relationship between architecture, art, and African heritage, featuring works by artists such as Abiodun Olaku, Bunmi Babatunde, Kehinde Adewuyi, and many others.

AD Consulting founder, Olajumoke Adenowo, emphasized that architecture and art are enduring expressions of a people's identity, heritage, and values. The event aims to bring these two creative fields together, sparking conversations around identity, beauty, ownership, and legacy. It is not just an exhibition, but a platform for dialogue on how art and architecture shape identity and create lasting legacies.

The Convergence is anchored on three design pillars: Light, Zeitgeist, and The 4th Dimension, reflecting AD Consulting's NeoHeritage philosophy. This philosophy connects Africa's cultural inheritance with contemporary creative expression. The event will include a special Collectors & Patrons Day on October 1, providing an exclusive opportunity for invited guests to view the exhibition, interact with artists, and explore the works within a focused setting on art, architecture, ownership, cultural stewardship, and legacy.
