Saudi Arabia makes major strides in renewables, offers low-risk investment climate

Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha regions, along with the Makkah and Madinah highlands, face a forecast of moderate to heavy thunderstorms, potentially triggering flash floods and other severe weather events on Sunday. The National Center for Meteorology warns of accompanying hail and gusty winds, which may bring dust and sand. Fog could also form over certain highland areas and southern parts of the Eastern Province.

In Makkah and Madinah, similar conditions are expected, including active winds and blowing dust. Abha, Jazan, and Al-Baha are specifically forecast to encounter moderate to heavy thunderstorms and gusty winds. Jeddah and Najran may experience thunderclouds, active winds, dust, and fog. In contrast, Riyadh, Tabuk, Arar, and Sakaka are predicted to have stable weather, while Buraidah and Hail are expected to be clear or partly cloudy.

Madinah and Dammam will record the highest temperatures, reaching up to 44°C, followed by Riyadh and Buraidah at 43°C, and Makkah at 42°C. Other locations, including Hail, Arar, Tabuk, Sakaka, Jazan, Jeddah, Najran, Abha, and Al-Baha, will see temperatures ranging from 38°C to 30°C.
